Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you or forcing you to open up in ways that don’t feel natural. It’s about creating a space where you can work on the challenges that get in the way of the life you want—without judgment, pressure, or unnecessary labels.
What Therapy Offers?
A Place to Be Honest – No need to “hold it together” or pretend you’re fine. Therapy gives you a confidential space to drop the armor.
Support for Real Issues – Relationships, parenting, career stress, cultural transitions, and trauma—therapy is a place to sort these out without judgment.
Self- Discovery - Major life changes and past experiences can leave you feeling stuck or disconnected. Therapy offers tools and support to help you feel grounded, clear-headed, and more in control of your life.
How Sessions Usually Work?
Our company works according to the principle of individual approach to every client. This method allows us to achieve success in problems of all levels.
How Sessions Usually Work?
Starting Out – You’ll talk about what brings you in—whether it’s stress, past trauma, or feeling stuck.
Setting Goals – Together, we’ll decide what’s most important to focus on (better focus, healthier relationships, more balance, etc.).
Working Together - Life can feel like navigating a fast-moving river. In therapy, we learn to steer through rough currents, discover calmer waters, and build skills to stay steady—so you can move forward without being swept off course.
Moving Forward – Over time, you’ll notice changes in the way you think, the way you react, and the way you show up for yourself and others.
Will I be diagnosed?
Not necessarily. My practice is focused on helping clients to reach their goals, and I will only bring up any diagnostic impressions to help clients in the healing journey.
Do you accept insurance?
Not now, but planning to be on an insurance panel soon.
Do you see clients from other states or overseas?
I see clients from Texas or those located overseas. Please check with me before if you are in the US and live outside Texas.
