About Me

I became a therapist because I truly enjoy helping people navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University and now work online with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I support clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, the effects of trauma, and difficult life transitions.
My approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and a person-centered perspective. Together, these create a safe, supportive space where you can reflect on your experiences, build resilience, and move toward living more fully in line with your values.
A fun fact about me is that I’m a world traveler—I’ve lived in five different countries, including in Asia and Latin America. Because of this, I especially enjoy supporting people who are adapting to new cultures and navigating the unique challenges that come with change.
I also do trauma-focused work, and one belief that guides me is the saying: “Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.” I see therapy as a way to transform pain into growth and meaning, so you don’t have to carry it alone.
